Carrie Toth

 

Attorney Carrie Toth is the managing attorney for Elliott Immigration Law.  She earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of Tulsa and now has over 20 years of experience working in the immigration legal field.  Carrie has volunteered at numerous local AILA events and has been a frequent speaker at Georgia-Alabama AILA chapter conferences.  She has served on the chapter conference planning committee for the past three years and is the current Co-Chair of the Conference and Chapter Chair for the USCIS Liaison Committee. She is a member of the Georgia Bar Association, the American Bar Association and the American Immigration Lawyers Association.

Carrie focuses on family-based immigration including naturalization, adjustment of status in the United States, consular processing at embassies abroad, and waivers of inadmissibility. She has attended numerous interviews at USCIS offices from Seattle to New York.  In addition, she is highly experienced in I-601 and I-601A waivers of inadmissibility.

Carrie is a frequent speaker for the GA-AL Chapter of AILA, including the most recent chapter conference in 2022.
