For those foreign applicants that can demonstrate that they have an extraordinary ability or can proof that they have an outstanding trajectory as a professor or researcher, and/or are a multinational executive or manager.

It will be important to demonstrate, among other things, recognition in the area you possess that extraordinary ability or where your achievements are from. 

The eligibility criteria and the required evidence may vary depending on which category you are applying for. The categories for this type of processes are EB1A for Extraordinary Ability; EB-1B for Outstanding Researcher or professor and EB-1C for Multinational Manager or Executive.
