L-1B DENIAL RATES INCREASE FOR 2014

The National Foundation for American Policy report finds that the denial rate for L-1B petitions to transfer high-skilled employees to the U.S. increased to an historic high of 35% in FY2014 based on data obtained from USCIS. This is up from a denial rate of 6% in FY2006 and 34% in FY2013.
